The Lab

RUGLAB started with one tufting frame and a stack of bad ideas. We make rugs that look like the things people actually care about — characters, logos, jokes, art.

Two lines, no crossover. The printed line is fast, sharp and affordable. The hand-tufted line is slow, thick and made to order. We never call a printed rug hand-tufted.

Design

Every graphic is redrawn for pile — line weights thickened, detail simplified so it reads from standing height.

Production

Printed rugs are dye-printed onto low-pile polyester. Tufted rugs are shot by hand into canvas, one colour block at a time.

Finish & pack

Edges are cut to shape, bound, backed, rolled and boxed. No plastic branding, no filler.
